QA Engineer
About Me
With six years of experience working on quality-driven software, I thrive on helping tech teams deliver exceptional products. My work focuses on creating streamlined processes and test case automation that ensures quality becomes the default standard, not just an afterthought.
I’ve had the opportunity to make an impact across various organizations, from a scaling startup that went from zero customers to over 100 global college institutions as recurring customers, to building a full coverage automation suite for an enterprise cloud platform serving more than 20,000 Texas students.
My self-driven journey into technology has equipped me with a unique, user-centric perspective. I excel at bridging the gap between technical implementation and the end-user experience, leveraging the latest tools to deliver reliable and intuitive software.
I am at my best when I am automating quality processes, refining product documentation, and shaping the overall quality strategy of a product. Please feel free to explore my work below.

QA Engineer
Texas Computer Cooperative
·
January 2025 - Present (Contract)
Tasked with establishing the automation framework for their cloud platform, I built a comprehensive E2E automation library using Testim (by Tricentis).
My role extended beyond the front-end, requiring deep backend integration. I utilized SQL to write queries for data integrity checks and employed Linux command-line skills to effectively manage and troubleshoot within the platform's AWS infrastructure.
Developed and executed 480 test cases, achieving 77% platform coverage and effectively triaging issues from an 82% average pass rate.
Audited the API data lifecycle, from request to database entry, using SQL validation to guarantee data accuracy and consistency.
Collaborated closely with development and product teams in an Agile environment to align automation schedules and test coverage with bi-weekly sprint goals.

Automation Engineer
Alogra
·
November 2024 - March 2025 (Contract)
At Alogra, I was tasked with solving the manual data entry bottleneck from client discovery calls. I designed and deployed an end-to-end automation solution that transformed this essential business process.
The custom-built pipeline captures raw call data via voice agent API webhooks, uses AI-driven transcription and prompting to structure the information, and then automatically populates it into their CMS.
The result was a completely hands-free workflow, which eliminated manual errors, saved dozens of hours per month, and ensured critical client data was immediately available to the entire organization.
Utilized N8N and Make to create a custom automation system to capture and process data from client discovery calls, eliminating all manual data entry for a critical business function.
Integrated RetellAI’s voice agent API webhooks to ingest raw audio data, then implemented a transcription and Prompt Engineering pipeline to convert it into structured, actionable insights.
Automated the final data formatting and delivery directly into the company's CMS, providing clean, immediate data access for all teams.

February 2022 - November 2024
In my role, I bridged the gap between high-level strategy and hands-on execution. I built out a full coverage test script library (over 800+ test cases) and a Playwright automation suite while also leading revolving teams of QA interns and overseeing environment migrations and production releases.
My responsibilities naturally expanded to fill a critical need in product leadership. I took on the duties of a Product Owner, translating business needs into actionable feature requirements and coordinating the product teams.
Because I understood the platform inside and out, I also became the key person for triaging tough customer support tickets and created the technical documentation hub that the engineering team relied on.
Directed the QA strategy, defining roadmaps and resource plans that upheld rigorous quality standards across all product launches.
Drove data-driven quality assurance by managing 800+ test cases, daily defect tracking, and weekly execution reports, providing stakeholders with clear and consistent quality metrics.
Implemented end-to-end automated testing with Playwright, and improved processes and documentation across the organization.
